Job Description

Looking to start a career in manufacturing? Twin City Staffing is hiring production machine operators for a growing metal manufacturing company. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience, learn new skills, and grow with a company that values hard work and reliability.

Rogers, MN Wage:
$20•$21/hr
Available Shifts:
1st
Shift:
6:00 am•2:00 pm 2nd
Shift:
2:00 pm•10:00 pm 3rd
Shift:
10:00 pm•6:00 am 12-
Hour Rotating Shifts:
9:00 am•9:00 pm or 9:00 pm•9:00 am Overtime and weekend work may be required Benefits of the production machine operator: Competitive pay Multiple shift options available Opportunity for advancement and cross-training Stable, long-term manufacturing career Team-oriented work environment Duties of the production machine operator: Operate production equipment and monitor machine performance Load, unload, rack, and package metal products Grind, deburr, polish, and finish metal components Inspect parts for quality and follow production specifications Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Requirements of the production machine operator: Manufacturing, warehouse, or machine operation experience Ability to read a tape measure, use basic hand tools, and perform basic math Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and stand throughout the shift Steel-toe boots, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a background check, drug test, and E-Verify process
