Opportunity:

Atlas Staffing has partnered with a leading manufacturing company and is seeking an experienced Area Coordinator to join their team! This is not an entry-level role—our client is looking for a skilled Finishing Operator ready to step into a leadership position. In this role, you will work closely with supervisors and leads to coordinate manufacturing cell operations, provide direction, and support production teams to meet quality and productivity goals.

What You'll Be Doing:

Coordinate and prioritize daily workload within the manufacturing cell Execute production plans to meet output and quality targets Collaborate with supervisors, quality leads, and other departments to ensure smooth operations Support staffing needs during breaks to maintain continuous production Provide training, guidance, and work direction to Finishing Operators Ensure parts are packaged and completed according to specifications Monitor quality standards across trimming, molding, packaging, and fulfillment Perform inspections and approve production start-ups Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Enter and track production and process data in systems Verify order accuracy and determine shipment readiness What Makes You a

Previous manufacturing experience required Strong leadership and team collaboration skills Excellent communication skills (must be proficient in English) High attention to detail and quality standards Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively Basic computer skills and ability to perform data entry Comfortable using measuring tools (scales, calipers) and performing basic math Ability to follow written, verbal, and visual instructions Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Why Work with Our Client?
