Production Worker

Express Employment Professionals is currently assisting a client in their search to fill a Production Worker position in Rosemount, MN. Schedule :

Train on 1st shift for a few weeks (Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM), then transition to the permanent 2nd shift schedule (Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

: The following is a list of essential duties & key responsibilities assigned to the role. Other duties may be assigned. 1. Operate batching, mixing, and production systems of block, bagged goods, liquid, or other packaged goods. 2. Measure and maintain quality and accurate weights of goods on the production line. 3. Accurately record finished good production on worksheets. 4. Apply labels to pallets, bags, containers, shippers, etc. 5. Assist in reviews of inventory levels and completion of inventory forms for ordering raw materials or adjusting inventory. 6. Drive forklift to transport manufactured items from production areas to appropriate place in warehouse, as well as to load/unload trucks, as needed. 7. Adhere to the Company policies and House Rules including maintaining a clean work area and wearing the proper PPE. 8. Ensure physical inventories/cycle counts are conducted as required to ensure accuracy of perpetual inventory. Interface with office staff on production/work order completions. Ensure proper quantities and counts. 9. Maintain effective working relationships with company employees, suppliers, and customers. Promote and maintain the professional image and reputation of the company and ensure timely problem resolution and customer satisfaction. 10. Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
