The Punch Press Setup Candidate Responsibilites:

Feed materials into the punch press and ensure proper alignment Monitor the machine operation to detect any issues Perform quality checks using inspection equipment (caliper, protractor, height gauge) Perform setup changes efficiently Load and unload metal materials onto machines Setup punch press machines for production runs Make sure machines are running correctly and smoothly before productions starts Adhere all safety procedures and guidelines within the industrial environment Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills Punch press/setup experience Must be mechanically inclined Ability to follow instructions and work independently Strong attention to detail and focus on quality Knowledge of inspection equipment (calipers, protractor, height gauge) This is an excellent opportunity on 1st shift for someone who has setup experience on punch press equipment or other equipment such as press brakes.
