Hours:

Monday•Friday, 7:30 am•3:30 pm Benefits of the wafer fabrication technician: Health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance 401(k) with company match Scheduled raises and performance reviews Ongoing training and development opportunities Stable customer base and long-term shop stability Company events and team-building activities Duties of the wafer fabrication technician: Operate and maintain semiconductor deposition equipment (evaporation, sputtering) Run and optimize etch processes, including RIE Develop and improve thin film deposition and etch recipes Monitor process data to ensure yield and quality control Troubleshoot equipment and process issues Support continuous improvement initiatives Maintain cleanroom standards and safety practices Requirements of the wafer fabrication technician: Hands-on experience with deposition (evaporation/sputtering) and/or etching tools Understanding of process control and yield improvement Cleanroom experience preferred Familiarity with SPC, FMEA, or similar process improvement tools Knowledge of thin film materials and characterization techniques Additional information: Apply today!
