If you like working with machines, tools, and physical projects you can see come together , this could be the job for you! 🏗 What You'll Be Doing As a General Production Worker, you'll play a key role in the concrete manufacturing process, including: Operating machinery and hand tools to build and maintain concrete forms Working with drycast concrete during production Using a handheld crane to move molds and remove finished concrete castings Smoothing and finishing concrete surfaces to eliminate imperfections Assisting in various production and support tasks throughout the week No two days are exactly the same — you'll stay busy and build valuable skills! ✅ What We're Looking For We're seeking reliable, hard‑working individuals who bring: 1+ year of manufacturing or construction experience Strong mechanical ability (car work, assembling furniture, landscaping, etc.) Ability to read blueprints and a tape measure Experience operating machines; tack welding experience is a plus Comfort working with concrete and overhead crane equipment 💪 Additional Qualifications Willingness to work in a concrete/dusty environment Flexibility to help in different areas and work 10-15 hours of overtime during busy seasons Comfortable wearing PPE and following strict safety procedures Availability to work occasional Saturdays ⭐ Why You'll Want to Work Here Cross‑training opportunities — learn multiple areas of production Strong safety‑first culture — PPE provided Promotion from within — we grow our own talent Boot reimbursement program after hire Stable, full‑time work with overtime potential 🏭 Work Environment & Schedule Large indoor manufacturing facility with two buildings and a storage yard Environment is industrial and hands‑on , with some temperature variation 1st

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
