General Production Worker

Currently Hiring for General Production Workers Apply Now Start Next Week! Job Description Join our team assisting in the production of pre-cast concrete structures for sanitation and storm drains. This role involves working with drycast concrete, operating machines, and using hand tools to ensure the integrity of concrete forms. You will also use a handheld crane to move molds and remove concrete castings, smooth out imperfections, and handle various general tasks throughout the workweek. Responsibilities Operate machinery and utilize hand tools to maintain the integrity of concrete forms. Use a handheld crane to move molds and remove concrete castings. Smooth out areas and ensure there are no imperfections in the concrete. Assist with various general jobs throughout the workweek. Essential Skills 1+ years of previous manufacturing or construction experience. Strong mechanical inclination such as working on cars, assembling furniture, or landscaping. Ability to read blueprints and a tape measure. Experience in machine operating and tack welding. Comfortable with overhead crane operation and working with concrete. Additional Skills & Qualifications Willingness to work in a concrete environment and in a dirtier setting. Ability to float in other areas and adapt to a 10-15 hour overtime schedule during busy seasons. Comfortable wearing personal protective equipment (PPE). Available to work Saturdays occasionally. Although the work is indoors, expect a dirtier environment with temperature variations. Safety is our number one priority, and we provide all necessary PPE. The first shift runs from 6:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday. During busy seasons, you may need to work extended hours. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stacy, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
