Rubber Molder (Production Associate) Penmac Staffing is hiring a Rubber Molder to support a manufacturing team in a hands-on production environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with openings on multiple shifts, offering consistent hours and the chance to build long-term skills. Requirements for the Rubber Molder Ability to follow detailed work instructions and production processes Basic math skills for measuring and weighing materials Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to safely operate tools and machinery Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screening Rubber Molder Responsibilities Set up and operate press equipment using the correct materials, tools, and settings Measure and prepare materials according to production specifications Inspect finished parts following work instructions and quality standards Trim parts at the press as needed Package finished products and maintain accurate counts Schedule and Pay 1st
