General Production Worker

What You'll Do Assemble small components by following computer‑based work instructions Use hand and power tools to build and secure parts safely and accurately Operate basic assembly equipment when needed Inspect finished products to ensure quality and performance standards Package completed units according to company guidelines Record work completed using basic computer systems Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe Work with teammates and supervisors to meet daily production goals What We're Looking For Attention to detail and a willingness to learn Comfort working with small parts and tools Basic computer skills for viewing work orders and logging work Ability to work a set schedule and meet production expectations Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus—but not required Why You'll Like This Role Clean, climate‑controlled work environment Hands‑on training and clear instructions Steady schedule and consistent work Opportunity to build valuable manufacturing skills Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Winona, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.70/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
