Our print shop supports custom production runs with varying volumes and workflows. One day you might be unboxing and organizing a shipment of headphones; another day you may be assisting with printer operation or producing and applying custom packaging. The work can be repetitive at times, but it comes in spurts — your responsibilities will change based on what's moving through the shop. ⸻ What You'll Do Receive and organize incoming product and materials Prepare items for printing and production Operate printers and other production equipment, following setup and operating procedures Assist with production flow, quality checks, and pack-outs during print runs Support outbound shipments by processing orders, packing, pallet preparation, and labeling using shipping software Shift between tasks throughout the day as priorities change ⸻ What We Value Strong attention to detail Clear communication and comfort asking questions Flexibility when plans or priorities shift Reliability and accountability in daily work ⸻ Important to Know Our print operations handle a mix of short and long production runs Workload varies depending on incoming orders On slower days, shifts may be shorter or support may be needed in other areas This role works best for someone comfortable with hours that may increase during busy periods and decrease when workload is lighter Opportunity to take on additional responsibilities over time ⸻ Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs regularly Standing, walking, bending, and repetitive motion throughout the shift ⸻ Pay & Benefits Starting at $18.50/hour Paid time off 401(k) with company match
