Job Description
The Shop Utility position is a support role for all other production, shipping, and logistics positions. The primary duty of this position is the operation of laser engravers to produce engraved products. This entails setting up, running, and monitoring laser engraving machines to meet production demands. The secondary role of this position is to be extra hands-on in the production and shipping processes, including assembling and applying retail-ready components to items in preparation for shipping, performing quality control checks, and assisting in the shipping process. Experience in these areas is helpful but not required. Pillbox will train the right candidate. Key attributes of this position are being flexible, eager to learn new tasks, coachable, and a team player. Although you will be working within a closely integrated team, many of your day-to-day responsibilities demand a high degree of self-direction, as you will mostly be working independently.
