Manufacturing Support Multiple Shifts

Large apparel company seeking motivated, detail-oriented manufacturing support for 1st and 2nd shifts. In this hands-on role, you'll support the embroidery process by operating machines, maintaining a clean and safe workstation, and completing finishing steps (including blocking) to ensure our products meet Imperial's quality standards.

ID IS REQUIRED BEFORE ENTRY

Packing, folding, sorting, machine operation, checking quality, material handling, quality inspection, etc. in support of headwear and apparel manufacturing. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for entirety of shift. Work area is warm in the summer. Appropriate work attire is required to include closed toe shoes. Other duties, which may include tidying work areas, may be requested by the supervisor.

Bourbon, MO 4:30 AM - 1:00PM, (1st Shift) 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM, (2nd Shift) What You'll be Doing Operate equipment by following work instructions, job tickets, and quality standards Load/unload product, monitor runs, and assist with basic machine set-up and adjustments as trained Complete finishing steps such as trimming, cleaning, and blocking finished product to spec Inspect work for quality (placement, cleanliness, and overall appearance) and report issues to the supervisor/lead Keep work area organized and clean; follow 5S/housekeeping expectations Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE Support other embroidery-related tasks and production needs as assigned What We Need Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Dependable attendance and punctuality Team-first mindset with clear communication skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn and follow directions Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment Comfortable performing physical labor, including standing for long periods and repetitive motions To apply, please click "apply" or reach out for additional information!
