Position Overview:
As a Doughnut Production Team Member at Krispy Kreme, you'll be responsible for creating our world-famous doughnuts. From mixing and frying to glazing and packing, you'll ensure each doughnut meets our high standards of freshness and quality. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a passion for delivering the best doughnuts to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and produce doughnuts according to Krispy Kreme's standards, including mixing ingredients, frying, glazing, and decorating. Monitor and maintain production equipment to ensure it's functioning safely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area, following all food safety and hygiene protocols. Pack and prepare doughnuts for delivery or in-store display. Assist with inventory management and replenishment of ingredients. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age. Previous experience in food production or a related field is a plus, but not required (we'll provide training!). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
