Opens a new window. Description We are seeking a motivatedProduction Associateto join our team. In this role, you will work closely with production leadership and engineers to assemble, charge, and test advanced thermal products. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Organize and clean processed manufactured parts. Execute all stages of production, including fluid processing, testing, final assembly, and shipping. Operate testing equipment such as data acquisition systems, multimeters, power supplies, and chillers. Collaborate with engineers and managers to provide updates on task progress and troubleshoot technical issues. Support the creation and maintenance of documented procedures. Conduct quality assurance inspections on in-process and final hardware to meet production schedules and specifications. Promote and maintain a safe and clean work environment. Participate in inspections, audits, and resolution of non-conformities. Perform basic electrical wiring, instrumentation, and controls for various systems. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Able to pass a background check High school diploma or equivalent. Basic math comprehension. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Valid drivers license and reliable transportation. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
