Job Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Production Assistant/Fulfillment Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing daily production workflows, coordinating order fulfillment, and ensuring efficient inventory management. Your proactive approach will help streamline processes, optimize supply chain operations, and support our commitment to timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Assist in production to meet customer deadlines using our production planning tools, operating decorating machines and packaging final products. Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, including freight management, and logistics documentation Manage inventory control through warehouse management systems, materials handling, and stock replenishment processes Packaging of individual orders and pulling products for fulfillment orders Skills Strong data analysis skills Extensive warehouse experience including inventory management, shipping & receiving, and warehouse management operations Knowledge of procurement processes and category management Mechanical knowledge related to materials handling equipment like mechanical tools used in warehouse settings Familiararity with screen printing, embroidery and heat transfer is a plus. Monday - Friday | 8:00 am to 5:00 pm A typical shift is 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
