Production Packaging Operator (Day, Swing and Night shifts available) - CONTRACT

This is a contract position currently slated through April- Compensation is $20.50 per hour Details you want to know

Shift:

Monday-Friday (with required overtime on weekends depending on business needs) 1st

Shift:

6am-2:30pm (Mondays often start earlier to help with production startup) 2nd

Shift:

2pm -10:30pm•(Shift differential available) 3rd

Shift:

Education & Experience:

High school diploma or GED (or equivalent). Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred but not always required). Experience with packaging machinery or equipment is a plus.

Technical Skills:

Ability to operate packaging machines (knowledge of machine setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting). Understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment. Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for packaging processes.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks. Ability to lift, push, or pull heavy objects (typically 30-50 lbs) as required by the role. Comfort with working in a fast-paced environment. Attention to

Detail:

Strong focus on quality control to ensure that packaging meets standards and specifications. Ability to inspect finished product and make adjustments when necessary.

Communication & Teamwork:

Effective communication skills to work with team members and supervisors. Ability to collaborate with others to meet production goals and deadlines.

Problem-Solving:

Basic troubleshooting skills for equipment malfunctions or production issues. Ability to report issues promptly and help find solutions. Flexibility & Willingness to
