Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manufacturing and Assembly:
Production staff are involved in assembling products, operating machinery.
Quality Control:
They perform quality checks to ensure that products meet safety and performance standards, identifying defects and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Equipment Maintenance:
Regularly maintain and troubleshoot production equipment to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime.
Inventory Management:
Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management, ensuring that raw materials are available for production processes.
Safety Compliance:
Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment, especially in settings with hazardous materials.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
Physical Stamina:
Requires physical stamina will need to lift heavy items and stand for long periods.
