Role:
The Shop Help / General Laborer will support daily operations in a welding shop environment. This position involves assisting welders and production staff, handling materials, maintaining cleanliness of work areas, and performing general labor duties to support shop operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist welders and shop personnel with daily production tasks. Move and organize materials throughout the shop. Maintain clean and organized work areas. Use basic hand tools and equipment as directed. Support production flow by preparing materials and workstations. Follow all workplace safety procedures and guidelines. Perform additional labor duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
Ability to perform physical labor throughout the shift. Ability to lift heavy materials as needed. Comfortable working in an industrial shop environment. Strong work ethic and reliable attendance. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Previous manufacturing or shop experience preferred.
Compensation:
$20.60 per hour
