Who We're Looking For As we continue to grow, we seek an individual who is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality. Because this position often works independently, we are looking for someone who is self-directed, organized, and motivated to accomplish tasks without close supervision. The ideal candidate takes pride in doing things well, plans ahead, pays attention to details, and approaches challenges with a positive, solution-oriented mindset. Essential Functions Ensure all production areas, including clean room facilities, are clean, organized, and compliant with company standards. Prepare and maintain manufacturing equipment for production runs. Manufacture herbal products according to established formulas, procedures, and quality standards. Maintain production records and documentation as required. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of raw herbal ingredients, packaging materials, and production supplies. Anticipate inventory needs and coordinate purchasing requests to ensure uninterrupted production. Coordinate production schedules based on product demand and inventory needs. Review production requirements and prepare materials for upcoming production runs. Assist in forecasting future production requirements. Follow established manufacturing, sanitation, and safety procedures. Maintain inventory checklists, production forms, and tracking systems. Competencies Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to plan ahead and manage multiple priorities. Intermediate computer skills, including spreadsheets and inventory tracking systems. Manufacturing, inventory management, warehouse, or production experience preferred. Ability to lift and move materials and products as required. Working Conditions Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday. Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in a manufacturing and warehouse environment.
Pay:
From $23.16 per hour
