Job Description
Growing Millwork company is seeking Operators to join the teams in our production areas. We offer competitive pay, great benefits and work with good people! Job Summary You will learn how to process our wood through the many steps required - from de-nailing, sorting, stacking, planing, moulding to finishing. Training will involve learning how to setup machines, grade material, tally material, and ensuring quality control. Team members are cross trained so they can work where needed. We educate our team on the many wood species, as well as, the various processes throughout the shop. Must be able to properly handle and lift up to 40 pounds of product, repetitively. We are in search of a self motivated individual. This work is physically and mentally demanding. We will train the right person. We work hard but also have fun! Advancement opportunities available.
