Manufacturing Central Power Systems & Services is a privately held company with deep roots going back to 1954. We are looking for an Industrial Parts Hanger to help support that mission. Due to invisible electromagnetic fields associated with equipment used, any carrier of a pacemaker must avoid this particular work area.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Hang and remove industrial parts on racks, hooks or conveyor systems according to job specifications and production schedules Inspect parts for defects, contamination or incorrect labeling prior to processing Verify part placement and spacing to ensure optimal coating, curing or finishing results Read and follow work orders and process instructions accurately Maintain production flow by organizing parts and racks to support continuous operations. Use tools and equipment such as load bars, grinders, hoists or specialty hooks for secure part attachment Track and record completed work Follow all safety guidelines, including proper lifting techniques and PPE usage Communicate issues such as damaged parts, missing components or equipment malfunctions to supervisors Benefits

QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in powder coating environment is a plus, but not required Excellent attention to detail and quality Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to lift, carry, and hang parts (light to heavy) repeatedly throughout shift Ability to work independently and as part of a team
WORK CONDITIONS
Physical Demands/Work Environment:
This position regularly requires walking, standing, sitting, stooping, bending, kneeling and climbing stairs. It also often requires pushing, pulling, twisting, lifting 50+ lbs. and working in a variety of weather conditions and noise levels.
