Production Associate

Job Title:

Production Associate - 6-7 week contract Job Description As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for uncoiling and cutting products, recoiling products, and preparing products for general labor tasks. This role involves working in a manufacturing environment, utilizing skills in machine operation, packaging, and hand tools. Responsibilities Uncoil and cut products efficiently. Recoil products as needed. Prepare products for various general labor tasks. Operate machinery and packaging equipment safely. Utilize hand tools for carpentry and construction tasks. Essential Skills Candidates with any kind of experience will be considered Good timeliness and attendance is a must Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous outdoor work experience is beneficial. Experience in general production or carpentry is advantageous. Shifts Available 7:45am - 8:00pm 7:45pm - 8:00am Work Environment The work environment is extremely hot, especially in the chop area where temperatures may exceed 120 degrees Fahrenheit during summer. It's crucial to stay hydrated. There is a consistent presence of carbon fiber dust, which can be itchy. Candidates must wear long sleeves, long pants, gloves, and steel-toed boots to protect themselves. Masks and special sleeves are provided if desired, and full suits are available during processes with extreme dust levels. The role involves working 12-hour shifts on a swing schedule, with two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute lunch break, in teams of two. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Saint Charles, MO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.26 - $23.92/hr.
