Job Description

Job Summary Join our expanding manufacturing team as a 2nd Shift Production Worker building golf shafts! We have a few machine operation and hand tacking roles we are looking for. These are machines and processes specific to our industry so we will train the right candidate. In this role, you will be an essential part of the production process, responsible for producing high quality work. Your mechanical aptitude and familiarity with factory environments will help ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to contribute to high-quality product creation, working alongside a dedicated team committed to excellence. Responsibilities Operate specific machines (sanding, wrapping, printing) or hand tacking to efficiently produce golf shafts according to specifications and quality standards Use hand tools and mechanical knowledge to assemble parts accurately and safely Conduct routine inspections of assembled products, identifying and addressing defects or inconsistencies Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency in the manufacturing environment Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while adhering to safety protocols Assist in inventory management by tracking parts and supplies used during assembly processes Experience Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred, especially in machine operation or light manufacturing environments. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed instructions and safety guidelines Ability to stand for extended periods, occasionally lift objects weighing 30 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in manufacturing while contributing to high-quality production in a comfortable, air-conditioned environment. Pay:
$24.00 - $26.40 per hour
