The Production Associate is a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day production of printed merchandise. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in quality, and wants to be a part of a small mission-driven shop. Operate button making machines. Electric and Manual Operate Key Chain Press Laminate, cut, trim, and finish vinyl stickers Operate die cutting presses Operate grommeting machine and finish banners Operate paper cutting equipment Count pieces on counting scale Inspect items and prints for quality Package and prepare orders for shipping Maintain a clean and organized work area Meet production levels set by Production Manager Update production queue (Google Sheets) Ability to meet production levels and deadlines set by Production Manager Ability to follow instructions and working independently Comfortable with repetitive tasks Reliable, punctual, and detail oriented Strong work ethic and respect for coworkers Willingness to learn new equipment and processes Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and printers Ability to lift 50 lbs Experience with hand tools and light machinery
