Job Description
Join Our Growing Team We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Vinyl Production & Installation Assistant to join our fast-growing team. In this full-time role, you will help produce and install a wide variety of custom signs, graphics, and visual branding solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in producing high-quality results, and is eager to learn new skills. While previous experience in sign production or graphic installation is preferred, we are happy to train the right person with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Key Responsibilities Operate vinyl plotters, large-format printers, and laminators Prepare, weed, mask, and finish vinyl graphics for production Assist with the installation of signs, decals, and large-format graphics Install a variety of materials, including: Cast and calendared vinyl Perforated window graphics Wall graphics Floor graphics Vehicle graphics and decals Other custom signage products Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Ensure projects meet company quality standards and deadlines Work collaboratively with team members to complete production and installation tasks Qualifications Previous experience in sign production, vinyl installation, printing, or a related field is a plus Ability to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn Ability to lift and carry materials and equipment as needed Comfortable working both indoors and at installation sites Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented What We Offer Competitive pay Paid vacation, holidays, and sick leave Company-matched retirement plan Health, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits On-the-job training and opportunities for growth A supportive and collaborative work environment
