Our client, a leading organization in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking a General Production Associate I

- 5pm to 5am rotation shift
Location:
Springfield, MO Pay Range:
$17.50 to start over $20 when hiredShift:
5:00PM-5:00AM (rotating 12-hour schedule) What's the Job? Maintain quality standards by inspecting seals, code dates, labels, packaging, weights, odor, color, and temperature of products. Properly insert components into cartons, record weights, and document data accurately. Ensure the correct supplies are used on the production line and operate packing or filling equipment. Stack products at the end of the line on skids, requiring reaching, bending, and twisting motions. Perform sanitation, housekeeping, and maintenance tasks to uphold safety and quality standards. What's Needed? Minimum of 2 years of experience in food handling or related manufacturing environment. Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
