Job Description

MFG Tech 7am-3pm Milwaukee Electric Tool Corporation United States, Mississippi, Byhalia Jun 18, 2026 MFG Tech 1st shift Monday- Friday 7:00 AM-3:00 PM The Manufacturing Technician supports manufacturing processes for new product introductions and sustaining production activities. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining bills of materials (BOMs) in Oracle, performing time studies, and providing hands-on assistance to the Manufacturing Engineering team to support process optimization, documentation, and production efficiency. Duties and Responsibilities
  • Create, update, and maintain accurate BOMs, routings, and item structures for all products manufactured in Momentum
  • Support training of production associates and technical staff on new processes and updates.
  • Assist/Perform time studies on production/processes as needed.
  • Assist with OMS creation/modification as needed.
  • Partner with the operations and safety team to create solutions that prevent incidents from occurring.
  • Champion and driver of Milwaukee Tool culture.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ambitious and driven to identify problems in each process and work with engineering team to adapt processes as necessary to be as effective as possible.
  • Manage recordkeeping and update records on system, maintain receiving files and records
  • Perform workplace audits with documented results
  • Know and practice the 5 S's for industrial housekeeping
  • Troubleshoot issues mechanical in nature to help identify root causes
  • Collect and communicate data through a variety of software and user interfaces including MS Excel, Quality Management (HQMS) and other Database data entry.
  • Ability to navigate PowerBI and other automated reporting systems
  • Proficient at reading, comprehending, and executing actions of work instructions.
  • Understand and utilize Technical Problem-Solving methods to work through problems or issues.
  • Perform support activities of the manufacturing team as needed.
  • Assist in manufacturing department as needed. Physical Demands

  • Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • High School or GED diploma required
  • Associate's Degree with a technical focus (CAD, Construction Mgmt., Eng. Tech, etc.) preferred
  • Oracle or ERP experience strongly preferred
  • Vendor/supplier relations experience helpful
  • Must have experience in Word, excel, and Outlook.
  • Must have strong communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Computer experience required
  • Excellent organizational skills required
  • Ability to perform work per instructions in a timely manner and with limited supervision
  • Able to react to change effectively, handle other tasks and shifts as assigned
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
