Roastery Production Associate

Production Associate We are seeking a dependable and hard-working individual to join our coffee production team. This position focuses on the hands-on production and fulfillment side of our roasting operation in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Grinding and packaging coffee products Flavoring and preparing coffee for production Bagging and packaging bulk tea products Boxing, organizing, and preparing wholesale orders for delivery Maintaining a clean and organized production environment in accordance with health department standards Assisting with inventory organization and daily production tasks Supporting overall workflow efficiency within the roasting facility

Requirements:

Ability to perform repetitive manual labor in a production environment Must be able to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail Dependable attendance and punctuality required Warehouse, production, food service, or coffee experience is a plus, but not required Positive Attitude This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying active throughout the day, and being part of a production team behind a growing coffee & tea company.

Pay:
