Job Title:
Production Associate Job Description As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for monitoring industrial mixing machines and centrifuges to ensure their proper operation. You will be vigilant for any signs of jamming, clogging, or irregular performance and will report such issues promptly. Maintaining a clean and organized work area around the production equipment is essential. Responsibilities Monitor industrial mixing machines and centrifuges for proper operation. Watch for signs of jamming, clogging, or irregular performance and report issues promptly. Maintain a clean and organized work area around production equipment. Operate a sit-down forklift to retrieve large soil-compound bags when needed. Use a remote-controlled overhead crane to hoist and position bags onto the machine. Assist production staff as needed to keep workflow running smoothly. Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines. Perform heavy lifting of products up to 70 lbs as needed. Essential Skills Experience in production and general labor. Machine operation skills. Forklift operation. Crane operation. Assembly and packaging skills. Ability to use hand tools. Additional Skills & Qualifications Entry-level position. Labor/Forklift experience is a plus, but training will be provided on-site. Why Work Here? Work Environment The work is conducted in a manufacturing plant environment. The job is quite demanding and messy, as it involves opening bags of soil throughout the day and adding the contents to mixers. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Great Falls, MT. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
