About TRXSTLE At TRXSTLE, we design and build innovative gear and apparel for anglers—right here in Helena, Montana. We're a small, growing team focused on solving real problems with thoughtful engineering and durable products. We're proud of what we build, but we keep things laid-back. It's a casual, hard-working shop environment where people show up, get things done, and enjoy the process along the way. If you like working with your hands and being part of a team in the outdoor space, you'll fit right in. The Role We're looking for a part-time Production & Shop Assistant to support day-to-day operations across the shop. This is a hands-on role where you'll move between different stations and help wherever needed. You won't be stuck doing the same task all day—this role is ideal for someone who likes variety, stays active, and enjoys working with their hands. One hour you might be assembling components, the next you're helping prep materials or getting products ready to ship. You'll be working closely with a small team, learning different parts of the process, and playing a direct role in building and delivering our products.
Roughly:
~70% Production & Assembly ~30% Order Prep & Fulfillment Support What You'll Be Doing Production & Assembly- Assemble components and finished products
- Prep materials for production (cutting, measuring, staging)
- Assist with plastic welding, forming, and basic fabrication processes
- Support light machining operations (as trained)
- Build sub-components used in final product assembly
- Labeling, organizing, and basic inventory tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Jump in wherever needed—this is a team environment Fulfillment Support
- Prep products for shipment (boxing, wrapping, protection)
- Apply labels, serial numbers, and shipping materials
- Assist with loading outgoing shipments
- Help keep the fulfillment area running smoothly What We're Looking For
- Reliable and shows up ready to work

- Able to move between different tasks throughout the day
- Detail-oriented (we build quality products, and it matters)

- 24 hours/week to start (typically 3 full days)
