Assistant Quality Control Specialist

We are looking to add an individual to our Quality Control department who has an eye for detail and values an excellent standard of quality. Our Assistant Quality Control Specialist's role is to ensure we meet these needs by ensuring our products are made according to the drawings and that our personnel are trained and set up to do their work efficiently and effectively and know how to interpret these drawings. This person will ensure we make the product according to the drawings provided by office personnel.

Job Duties:

Perform pre-pour and post-pour inspections. Perform quality checks on all products before it leaves the manufacturing facility and ensure accessories are installed and label the product appropriately. Ensure questions on the drawings are clarified with the designer and production personnel as needed. Able to do quality testing of concrete mixtures and samples and provide feedback to production personnel on required changes Log data as needed

Qualifications:

High attention to detail Understands how to interpret product drawings/diagrams Familiarity of measurement devices Able to lift 50 lbs, squatting and moving around Good working knowledge of MS Office products Algebra skills•calculating volumes, angles, etc Excellent customer service and communication skills Willingness to learn and grow

Schedule:

Fulltime, Monday•Friday 7:00am•3:30pm Benefits include: starting entry level base wage of $22.00 per hour, health insurance with 100% employee premium coverage (family coverage options available), paid time off, and 401k with employer match.
