Print Shop Associate Does This Sound Like You? You have a passion for the print industry and enjoy hands-on work. You are mechanically inclined and thrive on solving technical problems. Attention to detail is second nature to you. Reliability, consistency, and a willingness to learn are part of your work ethic. You can handle the pressure and time constraints inherent in a production environment. You are comfortable working Monday to Friday, typically from 8 AM to 4 PM, with occasional weekends if necessary.

Role Summary & Our A-Player Defined:

As a Print Shop Associate, you will be an integral part of our product creation, contributing to the production of high-quality apparel.

Your responsibilities will include:

Screen Operations:

Making, washing, and reclaiming screens for printing. Operating and maintaining machine presses for efficient production.

Ink Management:

Mixing ink and handling chemicals responsibly.

Production:

Overseeing start-to-finish apparel production.

Skills and Qualifications:

Mechanically inclined with an interest in troubleshooting technical issues. Exceptional attention to detail. Reliable and consistent in work performance. Willingness to learn with a teachable attitude. Ability to work under pressure and within time constraints.

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM. Occasional weekends when necessary. On-site work; no remote options.

Foundational Requirements:

Reliable daily transportation to and from the warehouse. Previous experience in print production or a related field is a plus. High technical proficiency and adaptability. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
