We are a growing small business seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Production & Fulfillment Assistant to support daily operations. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on packing and shipping customer orders, along with product preparation and light operational support. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, working with their hands, and being part of a small, efficient team.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 9:30am-2:00pm Consistent weekly hours. No evenings or weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

Packing and shipping customer orders accurately and efficiently (primary focus) Stickering and labeling products with consistency and attention to detail Maintaining organized inventory and shipping supplies Preparing orders to meet daily shipping deadlines Completing light administrative tasks (order notes, basic data entry) Keeping workspace clean, organized, and production-ready Supporting social media tasks (optional, based on experience and interest)

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy Dependable, punctual, and consistent attendance Comfortable with hands-on, repetitive tasks and working at a steady pace Ability to stay organized and follow systems/processes Basic computer skills Previous experience in shipping, fulfillment, or production is a plus
