Production & Order Fulfillment Associate

Pay:

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Job Description:

We are a growing small business looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Production & Fulfillment Assistant to support daily operations. This hands-on role includes rotating between packing/shipping customer orders and assisting with skincare product filling and production tasks. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working with their hands, and being part of a small, efficient team environment.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 9:30am-2:00pm Consistent weekly hours. No evenings or weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

Packing and shipping customer orders accurately and efficiently Filling skincare products following established procedures and quality standards Stickering, labeling, and preparing products for shipment Rotating between fulfillment and production tasks based on daily business needs Maintaining organized inventory, supplies, and workstations Preparing orders to meet daily shipping deadlines Keeping workspace clean, organized, and production-ready Supporting general operational tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy Dependable, punctual, and consistent attendance Comfortable with hands-on, repetitive tasks and working at a steady pace Ability to follow systems, processes, and production instructions carefully Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment Basic computer skills Previous experience in fulfillment, shipping, manufacturing, or production is a plus
