Production Team Member

Production Team Member Responsibilities:

• Operate and oversee various areas of digital print production with consistent standards
• Collaborate with the various team members on work orders, production, supplies and customer interaction
• Operate bindery and finishing equipment including hydraulic cutters, drills, stitchers and wire-o machines
• Use of digital equipment such Xerox, Ricoh, Canon or Konica along with Fiery Command Workstation or Creo is an asset.
• Ensure color management accuracy throughout the production process.
• Assist with press setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure final products meet specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Experience:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with typography principles and layout design techniques.
• Knowledge of print production processes and materials.
• Customer service oriented.
