Position Responsibilities Assist in the production of metal roofing, siding, and trim products Measure, form, cut, and package materials accurately Operate and maintain production machinery safely and efficiently Work closely with team members to meet production goals and deadlines Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and productivity Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety procedures Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. regularly Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Must have a valid driver's license Forklift experience preferred Construction experience preferred Pay & Benefits Competitive pay starting at $20.00 an hour; DOE Full-time schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week Health insurance Paid holidays Employee discounts Opportunities for advancement and long-term career growth
