Production Associate - C shift

Shift Available C Shift:

Friday-Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM Pay $15.00 per hour + $4.00 shift differential What You'll Do In this role, you'll be hands-on in the production process, working safely and efficiently to meet quality standards.

Responsibilities include:

Palletizing, depalletizing, case packing, sealing, and hand assembly Blending materials and connecting ingredient bags Performing rework and sanitation tasks as needed Conducting visual inspections to ensure product quality and integrity Maintaining speed and accuracy based on production needs Keeping your work area clean, organized, and compliant with GMP and hygiene standards Communicating material needs, quality concerns, or safety issues to peers and supervisors Supporting multiple production areas and flexing between tasks as needed What Makes You a Great Fit You're dependable and team-oriented, with a positive attitude You enjoy hands-on work and staying active throughout your shift You can follow instructions, accept feedback, and adapt to changing needs You take safety, quality, and cleanliness seriously You're comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Basic Requirements Must be able to stand for an entire shift and perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, twisting, and reaching Ability to lift up to 15 pounds regularly and up to 60 pounds as needed Visual ability to assess quality and material integrity Ability to read, write, and perform basic math (including weights, sequences, and percentages) Must follow all safety policies, procedures, and employee handbook guidelines High school diploma, GED, vocational training, or relevant work experience preferred (we're happy to discuss qualifications with you!)
