Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Production Line Lead - Printing to oversee our printing operations and ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, utilizing your expertise in printing technologies and quality control to drive success.

Responsibilities Supervise daily printing operations on various presses, including flexo presses and CNC machinery Coordinate workflow to meet production schedules while maintaining safety and quality standards Monitor print quality through rigorous inspection, color management, and adherence to layout design specifications Lead troubleshooting efforts for printing issues related to screen printing, prepress processes, or machinery malfunctions Ensure proper setup and calibration of equipment using technical skills in machining, typography, and CNC operations Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety audits within the production area Collaborate with prepress teams on color accuracy, graphic design adjustments, and print advertising requirements Requirements Proven experience in manufacturing environments with a focus on printing processes such as screen printing or flexo press operations Strong knowledge of prepress workflows, color management techniques, and layout design principles Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for quality checks and adjustments Ability to operate machinery including CNC equipment and forklifts safely and efficiently Familiarity with quality control standards specific to high-security printed products Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively Basic understanding of typography, print advertising standards, and machining processes Join us to lead innovative printing operations that make a real impact!
