COPY LINK link Jacquard Weaver (Temp-to-Perm Opportunity | Multiple Shifts Available) Adecco is partnering with a leading textile manufacturinganization to identify Jacquard Weavers who will play a critical role in operating weaving equipment, maintaining product quality, and supporting overall production efficiency. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate Jacquard weaving machines to produce textile products while meeting safety, quality, and efficiency standards. Check material at the beginning of each shift and record any defects or issues on downtime reports. Inspect materials on an hourly basis throughout the shift to ensure quality and consistency. Ensure filling is running correctly according to production tickets and specifications. Verify yarn is properly creeled and evenly distributed across machines during production and at shift end. Record production output, including picks and downtime, accurately at the end of each shift. Assist technicians with machine setup, creeling, and style changes as needed. Doff machines as required to maintain continuous operation. Empty selvage cans and maintain production flow throughout the shift. Perform routine housekeeping tasks, including sweeping the work area at the end of each shift. Complete machine cleaning and blow-off procedures as needed. Mark cloth at the beginning and end of each shift according to process guidelines. Maintain production levels by supporting team coverage when needed. Follow all safety guidelines, including required PPE such as earplugs and safety goggles when usingpressed air. any production issues, defects, or safety concerns to leadership promptly. Support general production needs and perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment preferred (textile or Jacquard experience is a plus). Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify product defects and inconsistencies. Ability to follow processes, production tickets, andplete required documentation. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to assist with creeling and basic machine adjustments. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and stay on task independently. Strong work ethic, reliability, andmitment to safety. Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a manufacturing setting.

Pay Details:
$15.00 to $18.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program,muter benefits and a 401K plan.
