Job Description

  • Weaver (Temp-to-Perm Opportunity | Multiple Shifts Available)
  • Adecco is partnering with a leading textile manufacturing organization to identify Weavers who will play a critical role in operating weaving equipment, maintaining product quality, and supporting overall production efficiency. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate weaving machines to produce textile products while meeting safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
Monitor product quality by checking appearance, width, and overall consistency of materials during production. Verify correct yarn is loaded on creels and ensure machines are properly set for each order. Maintain production flow by keeping materials organized and off the floor. Complete daily production, downtime, and quality reporting accurately. Track machine performance and maintain efficiency standards throughout the shift. Assist with machine setup, including creeling and basic adjustments as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including routine machine cleaning and blow-off procedures. Follow all safety guidelines, including proper PPE use and safe handling of equipment. Report any production issues, defects, or safety concerns to leadership promptly. Support general production needs and perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications:
  • Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment preferred (textile experience is a plus).
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify product defects and inconsistencies. Ability to follow processes, complete documentation, and maintain quality standards. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform minor adjustments and troubleshooting. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and stay on task independently. Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety. Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a manufacturing setting.

  • Pay Details:
  • $15.
