Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is primarily responsible for operating and maintaining laser cutting equipment to produce finished products from raw material inputs. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, works independently with minimal supervision, and is eager to grow with the business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a career inside a scaling company with exposure to operations, sales, marketing, e-commerce, product design, engineering, 3D scanning, and CAD. Key Responsibilities Operate laser cutting machinery to accurately produce products to quality standards Prepare, load, and convert raw materials into finished components Monitor production runs, troubleshoot minor machine issues, and ensure uptime Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and consistency Package, label, and organize completed orders for fulfillment Maintain organized inventory of materials and production supplies Perform routine machine maintenance and keep workspace clean and safe Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste Support additional operational needs as the company grows Growth Opportunities This role offers the ability to cross-train and grow into areas such as: Sales & customer relationships Marketing & brand development E-commerce operations Product design & engineering 3D scanning & digital modeling CAD design & prototyping Supply chain & purchasing Leadership / management roles Qualifications Strong work ethic with a self-directed mindset Ability to work independently with little oversight Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Mechanically inclined and comfortable learning equipment/software Problem-solving mindset with adaptability in a changing environment Ability to lift materials/products as needed and stand for extended periods Prior manufacturing, production, laser machine, CNC, or operations experience preferred but not required Interest in technology, design, or entrepreneurship is a plus What We're Looking For We want someone who sees this as more than just a job—someone who wants to grow alongside the company, take ownership, and help build something meaningful.
