In this role, you will monitor production machinery, inspect finished products, and support production and quality teams to meet customer specifications. This position offers a 1st shift schedule, overtime availability, and a temporary-to-hire opportunity for candidates with relevant manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities:

Monitor production machines to ensure they are running smoothly and alert the proper maintenance person when issues arise. Conduct general maintenance on production equipment as needed. Visually and manually inspect finished products to ensure quality and customer specifications are met. Work with production and quality departments to meet production demands while maintaining quality integrity. Package manufactured items according to customer specifications.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Relevant experience in a similar manufacturing or production environment is required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently. Demonstrated work history of reliability and strong performance. Above-average concern for quality and consistency. High School Diploma or equivalent.
