This role is responsible for ensuring color consistency, managing ink inventory, and maintaining equipment and work areas in accordance with quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced production environment. This is an excellent temporary-to-hire opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

• Mix and prepare inks according to production schedules and customer specifications
• Monitor and maintain ink inventory levels, reporting shortages and replenishment needs
• Conduct quality checks to ensure accurate color matching and consistency
• Clean, maintain, and organize ink room equipment, containers, and workstations
• Follow all company safety procedures and support production teams with ink-related needs

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or ink mixing experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow formulas and specifications
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Basic math skills and ability to maintain accurate records and inventory documentation
