PROD - Production Operator

Day Shift 12 Hour Shift / 6:00AM - 6:30PM / 2-2-3 Schedule Production Operator - Job Description Prime Beverage Group is looking for a team-oriented and passionate Production Operator with the ability to carry out responsibilities in accordance with the company policies. The right candidate will take pride in contributing to our continued growth and expansion initiatives as part of the team. This is a full-time, hourly position that reports to the shift Production Supervisor. Position Responsibilities Operates controls packaging machinery in accordance with material specifications. Ensure all materials are correct based on the production schedule for products being packaged. Monitor and inspect flow of material through assigned workstation to identify and detect defective packaging. Conduct inspection on finished goods and materials to ensure compliance with function, quality, and visual inspection. Adhere to all health, food safety, HACCP, Allergen, sanitation standard operating procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices. Inspect equipment to ensure proper set up. Completely fill out required production documentation. Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area. Position Requirements Ability to follow directions and work well in a team environment. Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production equipment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Prolonged periods working on feet, using tools, and performing repetitive actions. Must be able to lift 35 pounds at a time. Visual acuity to read instructions, operate machines, and inspect products produced.
