This position plays a key role in maintaining efficient production flow during the afternoon and evening shift. The Day-to-Day:

Assist the Machine Operator with setup, operation, and ongoing support of folding/gluing machinery Load raw materials onto production equipment and remove completed products as required Package finished goods into boxes in accordance with production specifications Inspect products for defects, discoloration, or damage to ensure quality standards are met Issue tags for all completed products and verify accuracy of printed information Assemble corrugated boxes and apply correct case labels Maintain a clean and organized work area while supporting overall production efficiency

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Ability to remain productive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment Effective organizational skills and attention to detail Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team Ability to safely lift and handle items weighing 25-40 pounds on a regular basis

Pay Rate:

$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

Sunday to Thursday 10:00 PM to 6:00
