Job Summary We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Feeder / Finishing Packers to join a fast-paced manufacturing and production environment. This role is responsible for supporting finishing operations, preparing materials, and ensuring product quality while maintaining a safe and efficient workspace. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking for long-term employment, consistent scheduling, and overtime potential. 1st & 3rd Shift Available! Key Responsibilities Prepare and stage production materials, including prepping rolls and splitting cores Assist with finishing and packaging operations Identify and verify material types and board grades Band, stack, and package finished products for shipment Operate equipment such as roll pushers and other production tools Maintain clean and organized work areas (housekeeping) Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Strong attention to detail and quality focus Commitment to safe work practices Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment IND2
