Job Description

A-Line Staffing is now hiring Tech 2, Equipment Maintenance (Manufacturing Production Test Technician - Vial Fill Systems) in Durham, NC . Equipment Maintenance Compensation:
pay $22.50/hr ; benefits after 90 days; 401(k) match after 1 year (eligibility dates) Tech 2,
Equipment Maintenance Highlights:
contract assignment with potential for extension based on attendance/performance/business needs; required availability: 2:00pm-10:30pm (training on 1st shift 6:00am-2:30pm for 4-6 weeks ); may be asked to work overtime including weekends Tech 2, Equipment Maintenance Responsibilities Test, troubleshoot, configure, and repair vial-filling machines prior to shipment Perform functional testing to validate performance, accuracy, safety, and reliability Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software issues using schematics and diagnostic tools Perform calibrations/adjustments and document defects, fixes, and test results Load software, complete firmware updates, and configure equipment to order requirements Work with production leadership to meet build/shipping priorities; maintain a clean and safe work area Tech 2,
Equipment Maintenance Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED; attendance mandatory first 90 days Background check must be completed before starting AAS in a technical field preferred or 3-5 years hands-on experience with electronics/electromechanical systems Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs occasionally Reliable transportation required Safety shoes (steel/composite toe) required; safety glasses provided Tech 2, Equipment Maintenance Preferred Qualifications Associate's degree (AAS) in a technical field Experience reading electrical schematics/wiring diagrams and using multimeters/diagnostic tools Strong documentation habits and teamwork/communication skills If you think this Tech 2, Equipment Maintenance position is a good fit, reach out—call, email, or apply
