Mon-Thur - 8am-8pm (days) Mon-Thur 8pm-8am (nights) Job Summary We are looking for Production Operators to join our client, a global textile manufacturing company located in Durham, NC. The Production Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring an assigned machine to ensure efficient production and quality standards are met. This is a permanent, direct-hire position.

Compensation & Benefits:

A pay rate of $18/hr base + $2/hr shift differential for night shift employees Base pay will increase to $19/hr after 90 days 1.5x pay for overtime Full medical, dental, and vision plans offered, as well as short-and-long-term disabilities, life & accidental insurance plans, FSA/HSA, accident, hospital, and critical illness plans 401(K) with company match 16 days of PTO, 10 paid holidays, and 2 floating holidays The ideal candidate will possess: 2+ years of production or assembly experience Work Environment & Physical Requirements Industrial manufacturing setting with varying temperatures Ability to lift, move, and work with equipment as needed Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Why Apply?
