Sample Processing Specialist Location:

26 Davis Drive, Research Triangle Park, NC 27709 (100% onsite)

Total Regular Hours:

45 per week

Hours:

Start Time:

6:00 AM to 3:30 PM;

Lunch Time:

30 Minutes Work schedule is Monday thru Thursday working 9 hours per day and a half day on Friday (4 hours)

Qualifications:

Zero tolerance policy is strictly enforced.

EDUCATION

Minimum HS Diploma or GED but a Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline is preferred

EXPERIENCE

1-2 years' experience in a production type environment is required. Manufacturing experience is a plus. Attention to detail. Ability to work independently and maintain production quality and quantity.

Responsibilities:

Preparation of agriculture research samples. Inventory and order management support. Picking, packing, and shipping of agriculture samples. Record keeping and documentation per department guidelines. Support activities related to sample logistics. Requirements Proven record of reliability as a dependable team player that shows up to work each day. Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to document activities accurately and responsibly. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to follow standard operating procedures and good lab practices. Ability to adhere to all safe work practices and wear appropriate PPE.
