MANUFACTURING TEAM LEADER I (DIR)

Job Requirements Responsibilities:

Perform production processes as lead operator. Primary contact for the assigned team/process for basic technical or routine questions providing technical assistance and/or training when necessary. Provide training to all shift personnel regarding standard operating procedures and processing techniques Provide training to operators regarding quality procedures, including procedures pertaining to measure dimensions and containment of non-conforming materials Ensure job order and appropriate production process being followed by assigned employees Analyze and report production results (including concerns) to Supervisor Assist in production planning and resources allocation with Supervisor and other members of Leadership Staff Assist in the resolution of production process issues (workflow, re-work, first piece inspection, etc.) Lead process improvement projects within team. Other duties as assigned. What your background should look like

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience required. Must be eligible to work under ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) compliance. Must have ability to lead and motivate a group of peers without direct supervision authority. Good track record of technical competence and/or leadership demonstrated through performance feedback. Working knowledge of production flow and processes Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) required for leading others. Basic computer skills including data entry, SAP manufacturing and

ISO 9001

Education:

Associate degree in manufacturing / Technology or a related field preferred. High school Diploma or GED required!

COMPENSATION

• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $37,500 - $46,800 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
